It's been raining a lot here. A lot. Lars & Mariele had a grand time running, twirling & smelling perfume @ the Lord & Taylor counter. Larsy learned how to hug! Here he is giving Kylene a big hug. The boy sure knows how to endear himself.

Gotta love that 5 year-old sense of defiance. Larsy ate cheese, sausage, goldfish & some cheese puffs today, went looking (with his hands) for more cheese in the container, and also drank from a new sippy cup, all with his buddy Allie. Lars almost never drinks. And holding a cup? Are you kidding me? Who is this kid?

hmmm...

Well....I can't really report that Lars is still eating significant amounts of food. It seems to have come and gone like the wind, like the little word approximations he has that show up & then take their leave, like his time without a runny nose- here & then gone again. Sigh. Keeps us knowing what is possible, at least for fleeting periods of time.

Sir Larsalot actually tested positive for strep & is now on day two of a 10-day course on amoxicillin. He's been happy as the champ he is, though.
